On the evening of January 5, a fire broke out unexpectedly at an auxiliary employment center for persons with disabilities in Qingdao. Upon receiving the alert, the Jiaolong Rescue Team of Hailiya Group and the Haili Anxin Emergency Volunteer Team from Shandong Haili Emergency Safety Training Center immediately mobilized and rapidly assembled, rushing to the scene to carry out emergency rescue operations. Relying on their professional emergency response capabilities and efficient teamwork, the 18 rescue team members quickly controlled the situation, implemented precise rescue operations, and completed post-disaster cleanup work. Through concrete actions, they safeguarded the safety of the people, demonstrating the rescue commitment that “emergencies are commands,” and injected solid strength into the building of a safe Qingdao.

Haili Emergency Safety Training Center has been deeply engaged in the domestic safety and emergency field, focusing on safety and emergency experiential education and training, safety and emergency experience venue construction, safety and emergency risk assessment, and other business segments. It has established over 30 venues nationwide and trained more than 1.2 million people, effectively helping to enhance public safety awareness and emergency response capabilities. Currently, the training center has been recognized as a National Science Popularization Education Base, a National Earthquake Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Science Popularization Education Base, and has become a pioneering force in China's safety and emergency industry.

Frontline Rescue, Fearless Advance

With the ongoing support of Hailiya Group, the Jiaolong Rescue Team and Haili Emergency Safety Training Center have always been active on the front lines of public welfare rescue. During the severe floods in Henan in 2021, they raced to the scene overnight, evacuating and rescuing a total of 36 trapped individuals. Following the 6.2-magnitude earthquake in Jishishan County, Gansu, in December 2023, they urgently delivered supplies and went deep into the disaster area to promote emergency knowledge, donating earthquake emergency kits and other materials to enhance the public's self-rescue and mutual aid capabilities. Through each real-world operation, they have stayed true to the original mission of social rescue.
